Bossert's Aqueduct analysis: Jan. 20

1. Tough Market goes first time off the Rice claim (32%) after finishing a close fourth as the chalk behind several of these; can rebound. Truth Will Tell got up to be third after slow start sprinting; stretches out. Hoopskirt has won two of last three, including victory over the top choice in last. Justleavemealone steps up off driving score.

2. Going Going Gone came up a nose short in last when second after wide trip; has breezed since. Miss Libby showed good speed before tiring to second behind runaway winner; Ortiz stays aboard. Who's Zat Girl has speed and the rail; should be involved from the start.

3. Siggi the Alien came flying too late, missed a neck when third in similar spot; gets call in competitive heat. Need an Angel tired to fourth at Parx in return from three-month break for Levine; may be the one to catch. Smart Stride has been sharp taking last two; include.

4. Charlie's Punch ran well to be second in similar spot with blinkers removed; may earn diploma. One Golden Cat stopped badly in last going longer at Parx; cuts back and tries state breds for the first time. Furios Tempo ran an improved second in last with blinkers added; switches to Cohen.

5. Copper Forest finished well to get up for second after wide trip in last; Galluscio barn is hitting at 28% this meeting. Wildlee Special returned from a 15-month layoff to prevail for Dutrow; can take another. The Vin Man never factored in last but was a good third two back; Ortiz rides.

6. Blondecat finished well to be second in similar spot Jan. 2; should get a contested pace to close into. Amylimehouse steps up off the Rice claim (32%) seeking third straight. Wild About Sonny hasn't been out since June 4 but can fire fresh returning for Breen. Celtic Chant showed good speed in return.

7. Victory for V L Ts was a troubled 10th at the Spa when last seen but attracts Dominguez for return; gets call. Cupolatte hasn't been out since maiden score on the turf back on Nov. 9 but has hit the board on the main, too. No Three Words never factored when a wide fifth in last; broke maiden in sharp fashion two back.

8. Promise Me a Cat showed speed before tiring to seventh in return from 13-month layoff as the favorite; probably needed that race and can move forward here. Enchante made her local debut a winning one when she surged late to get up on the wire. Super Slash pulled off the upset in last at Parx defeating rival who has already come back to win.

9. Special Action goes turf to dirt taking needed drop for first start since Dec. 3; Ortiz takes the call. Johnnypump blew a clear lead in return but might have needed that start. Fu Pegs Baby is 0-for-18 lifetime but rallied to get third in last as the chalk.
